See details arrow_forwardEvery Tree for a Hope is a community-led environmental initiative based in Kabul, founded and led by Tamim Alimyar, a civil engineering graduate. The project is dedicated to restoring green spaces, reducing air pollution, and contributing to the global fight against climate change (global warming) by promoting tree planting as both a local responsibility and a global movement.
We started with 12 trees on Sharak Haji Nabi hillside.
Today, with 2500+ trees we're planting forests of hope.

Not a single moment, but a continuing journey. These two photographs show just one sample of what we do every day: planting, caring, and returning life to the land — one tree at a time.

Meet Baren, a curious boy who finds a tired sapling on the edge of his village. Through twelve illustrated pages, he teaches us that the smallest acts of kindness can grow the tallest of trees.

Cultivating a greener tomorrow by empowering global communities to restore biodiversity through science.
Our mission is to plant trees, raise environmental awareness, and build a culture of tree care in communities. We focus strongly on children and teenagers, teaching them from a young age to plant, protect, and value trees, so they become the leaders of a greener future.
Our vision is to create a green and healthy world where people love, plant, and care for trees as part of their daily lives. We especially focus on children, so they grow up with respect for nature and become responsible for protecting the environment in the future.
Each photograph captures a moment of transformation — hands in the soil, roots taking hold, and communities coming together to build a greener tomorrow for Afghanistan.
